My dad recently passes away. When I saw an advertisement for these ornaments I immediately ordered one for his wife, my sister and myself. They are beautiful. Received with no issues. Packaged with care. It feels like more than a picture of my dad, like he's still here sitting on his tractor.

The ornament I ordered turned out so good. I absolutely love it. Shipping took a little longer than I expected however I received updates about shipping along the way and it did come within the timeframe I was given. LOL I think I was just anxious to get it. The other thing that I really liked was the emails from the company. They were very entertaining. Usually when I get marketing emails, I get irritated but the emails this company send out are a breath of fresh air. I found myself looking for emails from them because they were so entertaining to read. These ornaments are going to be my new tradition and I plan on getting a number of them for friends and family too!!!! I highly recommend them :)

Poor customer service for incorrect items - beware!
I placed an order for a ornament for my father on November 1st, aiming to get ahead of the holiday shopping rush. Despite the extended delivery time, I patiently awaited its arrival, anticipating a thoughtful Christmas gift. However, upon receipt, I discovered that the item sent was incorrect, with no additional shipping details provided on the package aside from my address. I promptly notified the company of the error and requested a refund due to the extended wait.
After a week with no response, I followed up, and it took several more days to receive acknowledgment of the error. The company offered the following options: 1) send a replacement, 2) provide a refund for the product value (excluding the shipping fee) without returning the incorrect item, or 3) issue a full refund with the requirement to return the received item at my expense. If I do not accept the replacement, I am responsible for still paying somthing to the company. The customer service representative (Ross Harland) provided this address to return the item: + Unit 308, 3/F, CHEVALIER HSE, 45-51 CHATHAM ROAD SOUTH, TSIM SHA TSUI, KOWLOON. This would necessitate a higher expenditure for shipping, as the item is located outside the United States.
Expressing my dissatisfaction with the inconvenience caused by their mistake, I insisted on a full refund and compensation for the return shipping costs. As of today, I still have not received a response, and this matter has persisted for over three weeks. Given the approaching holiday and my constrained budget, the funds allocated for this item are needed to purchase an alternative gift for my father. With Christmas just 10 days away, the resolution of this issue is unlikely.
While I understand the company's request for patience during the holiday season, the prolonged nature of this matter, coupled with the absence of a contact number for direct communication, has created a considerable challenge. I recognize that customers who receive accurate orders likely have a positive experience, but in cases of error, caution is advised.
