Adorable!
The ornaments were made quickly. They are so cute! I can't wait to give them to my family on Christmas! My son got married and the ornaments I made are from his wedding. What a keepsake!

I purchased two of these ornaments and…
I purchased two of these ornaments and was very dissatisfied with the results. In the photo, it looked like my kids were holding a rainbow. When I received the ornament, the rainbow had been cropped out entirely. It was extremely prominent in the photo and absolutely necessary in the design. I contacted customer service and was told that since I didn't provide any special instructions on the rainbow, it was considered "background" and removed. I was never contacted to clarify this very important aspect of my image. They refuse to redo or refund the ornament, and instead, offered me a 20% discount if I repurchase. Given the lack of communication and their inability to guarantee quality, I will certainly not be repurchasing. Be careful!

Tracking said ornament was delivered but is was not!
Tracking said ornament was delivered on my porch. No package. We live in a non porch pirate area. I'm sad these were my Christmas presents for my children.

So happy with my purchase
I received my item and I am pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. I was worried given I had never heard of the company and it came across Facebook, which sometimes has questionable companies. The e-mails that were sent while waiting for the item were fun to read and always made me smile. They have great customer service! I really do like the item and will plan on getting more items/gifts.
