Instant heirloom!
My husband ordered an ornament for me based on our favorite photo from our wedding 9 years ago. It arrived the other day and I literally cried at how beautiful it turned out! I cannot recommend this company enough! They created an heirloom for us and it really is so beautiful!

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
When I first saw the photo ornament through an ad, I was excited. I knew this would be the right gift for all of my family members. But then I got in my own way after having placed three orders. I got anxious and read some of the terrible reviews on BBB. I wasn't sure it was a scam. Thankfully, after teaching out to customer service, I was assured that my orders would be delivered soon. I stuck it out. I am so glad I did too! My order came just two days later and it was just what I had been hoping for. I’m in love
I’m in love! It came out super cute! Actually bigger in size than I thought which was great! Packing and shipping was great! I would definitely buy again!

Customized ornaments
I originally ordered ornaments requesting an additional person to be added from pic 2 to pic 1. What I received appeared to be the two pics put together. I emailed the company and after review, agreed it was not what I had requested. They replaced the ornaments correctly; providing priority processing and mailing. A good company to work with.

I loved the gifts that I got. There was a problem getting them here and the response from the company was amazing. They were right on top of it. They made sure I got everything I wanted. Definitely try this company out. The gifts were wonderful.

I ordered an ornament celebrating my son's recent marriage - hoping for the best. internet ordering off Facebook advertisements can sometimes be scams... However, I had a good feeling and the post was so believable so a couple days later I decided to buy another ornament to celebrate the marriage of my niece. I was admittedly a bit concerned when the first order showed 'in transit' for an extended period of time, but did receive the second order and it was PERFECT! I sent a note to Alice at AGC asking about the first order and she responded right away saying to hang on - the ornament truly was coming soon. Yep! Within the next couple of days it arrived and is SUPER! So glad I did business with this great company! Bravo!

family ornament
I ordered multiple items in 3 orders. Did not receive one but got somebody’s instead. Customer service asked for pictures of the ones I received. I could not do that because most had been given away. They couldn’t help unless I produced all pictures. I did produce the one that was not mine, but no resolution. I was only seeking resolution for one ornament, which they are not willing to do. I spent over $500. This is unbelievably bed service.

Agiftcustomized is truly amazing! Not only was I completely impressed with the ornament I ordered for my kids but the emails I receive are like a breath of fresh air!
