Company sells inferior products with AI generated imagery to make the product look better than it is. This is false advertising and the company refuses to refund money.

ZERO customer service when order not right. See ya!! Product from China NOT USA. Will never order this crap again.

My ornaments came in and I thought they were backwards. I contacted customer support and they were so friendly. They told me to pull the brown protective covering off of them and see if that was the issue. It was. The protective cover came right off and they were perfect. I felt foolish, but customer support did not make me feel that way, it was an easy solution and they were very friendly about it. The ornaments were perfect and my family loved them. Will definitely order from them again. Truly a great experience.

I ordered a quilt set back in October. They were quick to take my money, but never confirmed the purchase. I have written to them, but no response.

The customer service was excellent. They kept me constantly updated on the status of my order and of the delivery. Timely response to emails. My order arrived on time, and it was beautiful. To have my humble little family on the customized ornament was fabulous!

We ordered one of the picture ornaments for our kids. Once we got them, we wanted to be able to hand them out immediately! They were fantastic. The ornament was exactly like the picture, and even the faces were clear. Yes, it was a little smaller than we thought, but it was perfect. We received three different kinds of ribbons for each one: a red ribbon, a gold ribbon, and a burlap ribbon! I included one of each with the ornament and a copy of the original picture to hand to them at our early Thanksgiving dinner! They loved them! I will be ordering more for sure! I received emails from the company informing me that it is being made and shipped at each stage. It was not just an email but a cheery, positive one from them—the kind of email that makes you smile as you read it.

Buyer beware! China crap scam company! Filing claim now with credit card company! This is bs and after ordering started researching and seems im not the only one who has been scammed! All 5 star reviews here are made by members of this company. Look at the English translation within the posts. SMH Source BBB Ratings will show facts. Website during ordering and checkout make no mention of China based business. Company does not respond to refund requests and will claim some bs 2hr window, but never respond even if you are within that window. Then claim you requested late or never respond back. Fact check the site reviews on BBB. Starting to loose faith in Trustpilot now too. YOU WILL ORDER TO NEVER RECIEVE- OR RECIEVE SOMETHING SO INCORRECT THAT A REFUND IS ONLY FAIR. But this company will never respond and attempt to keep your payment. File fraud with credit card company or Google Pay is only chance of getting these scammers to stop and get refunded. Fact check- Look at both Facebook pages addresses, as well look at website listed US Warehouse- Now go to google and look at street view or business actually at these locations. Scammers based out of China. Trustpilot needs to step up their game and research this company. Update- Discovered a pattern within the TP site. Look at all the 5 star reviews for this company and click on anyone of the reviewers names that have reviews of 2 or more review posts- go to the website they are reviewing and do the same on any other 5 star name and you will see the pattern of paid bots that are leaving 5 star reviews for scammer and fraudulent accounts. TP is no longer trust worthy and I'm sure I'll be banned for my new review of this site. There are multiple articles via google-reddit- and journalists who have in fact showed this site (TP) has Review gaters that are paid to leave 5 star reviews and only leave 5 star reviews on sites that need to balance out their negative feedback reviews. Companies are paying to continue to get 5 stars and honest reviewers are being banned or having info removed if they can not obtain a higher subscription paid account vs the company they are negatively reviewing. Youtube also has many videos explaining this as well. These sites need to be taking down and banned. Reference the BBB for factual reviews. More facts found upon researching- I would also like to note that doing a whois search of domain name shows registration to location that have been flagged since 2021 by the Department of Homeland Security for malicious software and fraud (articles available on google link when searching whois address info that link to articles provided by The Department of Homeland Security)

Ordered 5 Christmas ornaments for over $70.00. The time to receive them was very long. Found out they were coming from China!?!?! When I got them, they were NOT what I ordered in that they were not made from the entire photo I sent in but a cut-out of the people in the photo. The background, which was very special to my family was cut from the product. What a waste of money. Oh, they told me this was my fault because I didn’t tell them specifically that I wanted the background BUT, it was clearly in the photo I sent in for reproduction. Don’t waste your money. USE SHUTTERFLY. Better quality and cheaper prices and NOT DONE IN CHINA!!!!
