Disappointed with Afternic Customer…
Disappointed with Afternic Customer Service - Unresponsive I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from their customer service team. Over the past few days, I have sent multiple emails regarding issues with my domain transactions. If Afternic wishes to retain its customer base and maintain a positive reputation within the domain marketplace, they must take immediate steps to improve their responsiveness and ensure that all inquiries are attended to promptly. I hope to see significant changes in their customer service practices to prevent similar experiences from happening in the future.

Had an issue with domains listed for sale
Had an issue with domains listed for sale getting stuck in review status and so I emailed them and received a reply and satisfactory resolution in less than one hour.

FRAUD SCAM, These noobs don't know what's going on with DOMAIN selling
Hey Support What's the PROBLEM with sending payment over to us We sold a domain almost 3 months, Contacted more than 10 times via Support, EMAIL, Phone ... All dummy chat agents, Advised to add details, we did almost 2-5 times, added my PAKISTAN BANK details for payment receiving and tried via USA LLC bank details But all in vain So WHT is going on, domain name is luxurynbeauty.com Are you guys doing a business or PLAYING FOOL with customers, I need my Payment ASAP Transfer it now, you have all details now - so i'm waiting - otherwise i'm not going to leave this and will raise voice everywhere Regards

Incredibly shady, beware at all costs
Another shady company owned by GoDaddy. They scoop up domains that you either forget to renew or simply SEARCH FOR ON GODADDY! Then they charge you thousands of dollars to buy it back.
