Hi everybody ! The reviews about Afternic is SO mixed, I'm a bit confused. One of my domain that used to be on Godaddy got a seller through Afternic, but I have to admit that after reading reviews here, I don't know how trustfull the site is regarding the paiement (and custumer service that seems absolutely awfull) If someone here SOLD a domain recently, I'd love your input. Cheers

The chat human was fine, but your automated email that comes after one has put up a domain for sale via go daddy is confusing. It just says there's been a new sign on from Phoenix AZ - and this is NOT TRUE - AND CONFUSING - it suggests the account has been hacked. Instead, it needs to say this: "IF you just used godaddy to list a domain for sale, this email means only that you now have an account with afternic. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD OR DO ANYTHING ELSE. YOU'RE ALL SET!" Check out how other companies like gmail handle things like this. The message needs to be CLEAR.

Is afternic still in business? I have been trying to make an offer on a domain for several days with no response. When you do not respond to legitimate domain offers then you are leaving money on the table and this has a negative impact on domain sellers. As a buyer, I maybe in the market for a domain today, however, if a recession hits due to tariffs then next week may be a different story. If I ran such a poor business model with no support then I would end up going out of business very quickly.

Hi C.
I was initially very optimistic about the integration of DAN’s features into Afternic, but there are still complications with the push process. It’s not as seamless as expected, and support has become noticeably slower. There's definitely room for improvement in streamlining the experience.

I sold a domain on the 8 of April and it is 3 months now they havent pay! 3 months! I have reached 3-4 times to CS and they replied in 24 hour with some kind of wrong information. I saved 2 diffrent bank account and 1 paypal account. I think they are going to be scam!! I will never sell another domain through GoDaddy/Afternic. Update: I received money after wrote a review to Trustpilot. It is very serious problem for us to solve the problems with such rating websites. I will never use afternic again. But gave the second star for solving

I do not know what they sell but they are deducting a lot of money from my account every month running into the 1000 zar's. There is no debit order to get it stopped. A faceless money thief. Please stop it!!!!
