Who would expect that from their customer

! I ordered 3 peices. My order was bent! The antlers are bent. The bottom portion is bent and the middle of it is bent! One even had chips in the paint. Very unhappy with the quality and the packing! Companies responses: Thank you for your feedback. We have passed your case to our relevant team to check and are truly sorry for this inconvenience. Please help to sympathize with us that we have tried so many ways to find the best solution for packaging and delivery, however there are still problems in the transit route sometimes - this is a risk we are not willing to take. This is unlucky and we are so regretful for that, could you please help to adjust it by seeing the instruction below Your understanding is highly appreciated. We will work on it to improve the cover of our products. Thank you so much for your cooperation. All the best! Please help to sympathize with us, it is a little thin detail so it can be effective in the transit route. We are so sorry for that however you can adjust it by hand or by a little hammer. I have bought signs like this made in USA and is way better quality. This metal is thin and cheap. The company should take pride in their work and protect it during shipping not just by the thinnest cardboard and a thin bubble envelope. If I would have known this product was made in china I would have not ordered it. The website should say where the items are made! Country of origin would have been nice to know. What company would expect their customer to bend or use a hammer on their "supposed" to be "new" item? The smallest of my order was fine qith no damage the bigger ones is what seemed to get the worst of it. The 24×24 was pretty bent and the 18x18 had chips in it. When calling the company, no one answers and when it hangs up you get a text message saying Hi! Thanks for calling Afcultures. Please leave a brief message and we will get back to you asap. Have a great day❤️ Im very displeased with this entire company from quality to customer service. I hope they get their act together and treat their customers better and take pride in their work!
