I paid for a firefighter metal art…
I paid for a firefighter metal art piece and was sent wrong one. After being contact by text I was told they would send me the right one. I still have not received the right one.

the product was poorly packed and…
the product was poorly packed and showed up bend and they are not made in the USA either!!!!! The site tried to offer me a 20% discount for something I couldn't give as a gift. Letting Visa handle the rest. I Would not use these guys. i'd give them a zero. so much for 100% satisfaction guarantee .

Company did the right thing!
Purchased item and was lost in mail. Contacted customer service they responded right away. Tried to ship to Philippines which may have been the problem? They communicated very well and refunded my whole purchase amount right away.

I ordered a custom made sign in…
I ordered a custom made sign in Spanish. The staff was quick to send a design for me to approve. It only took a few days after I approved it to arrive, I was not expecting it for another couple of weeks. It is perfect!!! Good material and detail. Fast delivery to Sydney. Family loves it too. I love the custom sign
I love the custom sign. I hung it on my wall as a reminder to never quit. The quality is great and it was easy to hang. The product shipped quickly and was exactly as advertised.
