Big hope, bigger disappointment....
I ordered a sign on 12/12 for Christmas, the sign was her "big gift", tracking was never updated so on Christmas I ruined the surprise and told her what it was only for it to come the next day. A week before Christmas i messaged requesting a status on the sign to be told they had no idea when it would around and it was already after the max days it was supposed to take to cut it. On top of all that the sign was chipped pretty bad when it arrived. My parents received the package, as I had it mailed so my wife would not receive it so I was not wqs not sure how to pursue it. I'm not a "negative Nancy" it was just a really big disappointment.... If AF cultures sees this I have pictures of the incident and screen shot of responses..

Very Bad Experience
We received the incorrect order. We have been trying to get our order rectified via email, phone, and Facebook Messenger since December 27th. Supposedly, a corrected sign is supposed to be sent to us but we have not received tracking information yet. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered two items
Ordered two items. One I made a mistake on an it was corrected right away even though it was my fault. I was worried they would not arrive on time, and lo an behold, they were both here for Christmas! Items are beautiful, and I will order from this company again.
