Scam. Ordered a sign that was supposed to be here by Christmas and I have emailed several times for updates and get the same automated response. Once I requested a refund, they created a shipping label and that was created a few days ago. Now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Love the artwork and looks great! Would def recommend this to anyone looking to make their area pop with style!

ITS A SCAM!!!!! you order and pay in good faith ,,, then they don’t provide an confirmation number nor an email,,, then when you call they won’t answer your call , chat ??? Yea that doesn’t work All automated ,, with broken English,,,won’t allow you to cancel , says sign is ready. But 2 weeks later, not even a tracking number is provided,,, ,,,LOTS!! Of other companies do this type of work ,,,,STAY AWAY FROM THESES CROOKS!!!!!

Unfortunately, I did not see the other reviews regarding not getting the product, before placing my order. Not only did I pay to have a metal art piece created, but paid an additional $39.95 for express delivery, as their website stated it was required to guarantee a Christmas delivery. After placing the order on the 6th, I received an email with the order confirmation--and then, nothing else. I made numerous phone calls and emails to Afcultures and finally heard back last night with a very brief statement that it will takes 20 business days to complete an order and another 7-10 days for deliver (and they will send me an email when the order is completed and shipped). In other words, they haven’t even begun to complete my order!! I will be lucky to even get this before mid-January. Based on other recent reviews, I will be surprised if I ever receive the product. The only recommendation I can make about this company is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The biggest scam. So unfortunate that I trusted this website. I was excited to give my nephew a hockey sign for Christmas. Instead I place an order on November 29th and still have not received the sign. I contacted them numerous time and all they gave me was a fake usps tracking number that shows nothing but USPS is still awaiting your item since December 14th.—- Update-Finally received the item on December 23rd. The company was very apologetic. The item was well made, so I adjusted my rating. My biggest suggestion is buy 7 weeks before you are wanting to receive the item. And a note to the company- I would improve your costumer service and your information on how long creation and shipping will take. The biggest frustration was being kept in the dark for weeks.

I ordered on November 25th. It is now December 19th and I have still not received my item. I had to email them 5 times over the last month to finally be told that my item will not arrive until 2 days after Christmas. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband and now I will have nothing to give him on Christmas day. This is absolutely ridiculous and if I would have known it would take over a month to get to me I would have never ordered from them. Update!! I received my item finally. It came in good condition and looked very nice. However I will not be using them again due to the long amount of time to receive my item and the poor customer service. The company emailed me offering me a 10% refund to take this bad review down and they also blamed a snow storm and the shipping company for me not recieving my package on time. The shipping company did not receive my item until almost a month after my order. That was 2 and a half weeks after they told me they had shipped it already.

I ordered an item two weeks ago. Never got a confirmation number , email , text nothing!!! But they sure did take the payment that same day ,,, when I reached out to cancel and get a refund , they stated that the order was complete and ready to ship ,,, 5 days later. Still waiting on item to ship!! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! Not only do they ignore your questions ,they just response with this ,,Afcultures Home Decor Your order was processed at this moment and it will be shipped out very soon, so please help us to be patient. ,,, over and over to different questions on my order All I want to know. If it’s complete. Why don’t you send it ,,,,, if not complete, and you are extremely busy. Let me help you. And cancel my order and refund my payment.

Art work looked great! Very satisfied. Here’s a first - the owners actually respond to your email not just with a standard reply but answers your question. Would definitely order from them again. Am quite pleased.
