Great customer service, would recommend one product improvement
Great customer service! Would recommend one product improvement. I felt included and heard throughout the process from design to manufacturing. I would recommend a convenient on/off switch on the electrical cord. I have both of my signs hung high and am not able to easily unplug since the electrical plug is high as well.

To address your issue, we recently have sent you an email including how to install and use a smart switch wifi so that you can control the light from distance.
