If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a SCAM. I placed an order on 8/26, it is 9/26 and I have no product. Every time I email with customer service (they take days to respond) they refer me back to the tracking number which is broken. Have checked with UPS and USPS and both cannot find any record of the package. Stay away!!! Not worth the headache.

The item I ordered was a gift and came out great. They were very responsive to my emails and the delivery was fairly quick. Very happy and would order again.

The sign I ordered was perfectly made. It is not flimsy, and has sufficient screw holes to mount it securely. The customer service was timely and responsive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we had an issue with the mailing, and part of that was the USPS service. I would definitely recommend their product.

I had ordered a sign for my dad's retirement party and paid extra for priority shipping. Unfortunately, they are not able to do priority shipping, but I was immediately notified and given the option of a full refund or regular mail. Because of the amazing customer service, and immediate communication I went ahead and went through with the order! They refunded the priority shipping that I had paid for and also will be sending it with free shipping!!! ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED!!!!

Superior in contact and resolution! Immediate response to an order made as a gift and then finding out I had ordered a wrong item. When I contacted them, they immediately refunded my money. Multiple email contacts received immediate attentions and I wanted to make sure they understood the mistake. They were polite, courteous and understood. PERFECTION!
