Disappointing product and critical delivery failure. Product appeared cheap printing rather than the pictures of the product when I ordered it. I paid for expedited shipping which was to arrive at least a week before my event. It arrived a week after my event - a full two weeks after the estimated date of arrival. Also delivery tracking was deceptive. My order waited in CA for a week while another memo said "out for delivery." I would like a refund on my shipping costs.

The painting measurements were not listed in the order form and the company refused to exchange the painting received for the painting intended. The picture is misleading and there was no way to know what the specifications were. Communication takes a little bit to respond, but was timely. They did offer a 30% discount to order a new painting.

It arrived and the canvas is loose

I am very upset with the fact that i never got a tracking number for be able to see where my order was until it arrived and i asked about it. Lot of marketing emails but no tracking number emails. The product is great but even with a tip, there was not so good of service. I got lots of "please review this product" emails along with "buy these other things" emails which really upset me in the end with how poorly it was all handled.

the carpets arew very thin and curl up on the edges

First, I kept getting mixed signals on shipping date. It was going to arrive on11/6, then 11/10, then it showed submitted to USPS suggesting it was never shipped, and finally arrived on 11/16 after Veteran’s day, very disappointing. When it finally arrived, the embroidered emblem didn’t look like a C-141, it looked more like a whale. It was a side view with no wing definition, also very disappointing. A front view or slight to one side would show better definition.

The item I ordered came all wrong. I already contacted your customer service regarding this. There was missing information on the military hat I ordered; the printer company you use made a big error, however they are supposed to correct it all and send another one.

No return policy....colors did not match as seen on screen but there is no way to return . Plus delivery date changed after nearly a month of waiting. So I had to wait a lobg yime for sonething I cannot use and wasted nearly $50
