Aeticon LLCReviews of aeticon.com

Hi i read the reviews for Aeticon & have to admit, I was nervous after i placed the order. I ordered two products from them, a customized, special order, old time accountants sign, framed, & a photography sign with lights for my daughter. While the photography sign needed some cusomization on my end i have to say i was TOTALLY pleased with the craftsmanship, the support & overall shopping experience with Aeticon!!! Happy with both of my purchases & would DEFINITELY order form them again!!!

Ordered a print with illegible writing. I reached out to customer service and spoke with someone named “July”. They advised that the writing is not legible in this size and I would need to order a large size. I requested a refund and it was denied. Not a good company!

They sent an image with a watermark in the middle that says “Aeticon Prints” and won’t refund my money. This is pretty beyond the pale.

I wanted to order a rug for my son for Christmas. I reached out and was assured they could accommodate, so I placed my order. It's now 12/29 and my supposed order has been sitting in GA since 12/19. "July" the customer service rep keeps saying, let me reach out to the printers. Needless to say, this is not a good look or feel from this company. I will be disputing this charge with my bank in hopes of getting my money back!

No complaints! Great customer service and I love the products I ordered.

won't take a return? purchased a print for my daughter which she took a misogynistic.... they flatten refused to return it. I am sorry but I live in the days of Amazon. everything is returnable! not taking back a print that a professional woman doesn't like????? bad company! kduling1 at gmail.com

Customer Service is excellent. Emailed a concern about my order and had a reply shortly after sending it.

I purchased two Laughing Horse "Live like someone left the gate open" posters and they are beautifully crafted on wrap-around canvas.
