Don't buy from Aeticon
Ordered a simple sign. Took way longer than expected and was lost in their delivery system. Delivered to my summer address after I left for the season. I cannot retrieve the item until next year when it is not needed. Company will not refund. NEVER do business with this company.

Dear Andy, We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay and understand why this experience was so frustrating. We recognize that the sign was intended for use at your seasonal address, so receiving it before you left was especially important. When you contacted us, you advised that you would be leaving the original shipping address on September 19. Our team monitored the shipment and explained that if it could not be delivered there by that date, we would arrange a replacement to your alternate address. The carrier subsequently confirmed that the sign was delivered to the original address at 11:25 AM on September 18. After delivery, you informed us that you had left that morning, earlier than the departure date previously provided. Because the order had been produced and successfully delivered to the requested address before September 19, we were unable to approve a refund. However, we did not want to leave you without a solution. We offered to send a complimentary replacement to your alternate address at no additional cost. We also explained that if the original sign was no longer needed, you could select a different design or another product of the same value instead. We understand that you chose not to accept these options, but our replacement offer remains available through the end of this year should you reconsider.
