Can't Say Enough - AAA+ Experience
Can't say enough about our super positive experience with Aeticon. Right from the initial contact, the customer rep. and service were simply excellent. I was in a bit of a bind timewise, and had about a month to get what I needed from Aeticon, which was a wedding song/photo canvas print for our son's anniversary. From the time I submitted my info to the time we received the item, the transaction was completely smooth. The end product was beautiful and even better than we had anticipated it would be. Elisa at Aeticon told us from the time we approved the order, it would take 5 to 7 business days to fabricate our item. We approved the proof on July 5/23 and the finished item actually arrived on July 11 to our complete surprise ! We were concerned that this gift item wouldn't make it for our needed date of July 30. Living in Canada, and to have placed an order with a U.S. firm and have it produced AND delivered within a week to our home is unheard of. Even simple mail delivery in Canada can take a week or two alone ! This wasn't an expensive item. Including shipping, it was less than $50 U.S., which shows how every order is important to this firm. We highly recommend Aeticon to anyone that may be curious about their products and performance.
