I received my order done completely wrong. It was suppose to be an address sign. They did not even put the house number on it. Only the street name. It was suppose to have address number on top. Then an underscore line. Then street name under that. They sent just street name. Plus have it to plug into a European outlet. This is a U.S. A. Order. The phone # given by American. I've called throughout the day into the night. No one answers them it hangs up. Terrible service. Their a 3rd world rip off company. Let's see if trust pilot has any impact on them coming forward professionally. I sent full photos as requested. On top of that it to 6 weeks to reach me. Then done incorrectly. In photos they can also see they melted the letter L in a squiggly manner also. Even though it's a useless address sign.

The product arrived and was not out of shape and the material was well made. The tracking system and communication was perfect!

My package arrived in a timely matter. The canvas was beautiful, it created the desired look for our retreat. I will be using this website again for future purchases. Thank you

I was so excited when I found the canvas print online, but when I received it, it was even better than expected when I opened it and hung it up. I absolutely love it! The ordering process was simple and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you Aeticon for a unique print and a great experience!

The color of the rug is bright I just wish it were a bit thicker. Also the larger rug was folded when packaged. This leaves a very noticeable crease in the rug that is not coming out. In the future the larger rugs should be rolled for shipment or packaged completely flat.

I’d give them a zero if it was possible. I ordered an embroidered ball cap. The price was OK. Everything else was awful. 1. The slowest delivery time ever! 2. The embroidered logo was tiny and didn’t come close to filling the front of the hat! 3. The hat quality was poor at best. 4. And worst of all they packed it in this little flat box. I have tried and tried but this thing will never look like a cap again, it it ever did! Stay away from AETICON!

Great quality and they went out of their way to make sure I had what I wanted!

Product was as expected and delivered on time. Will use this company again.
