Aeticon LLC sent the wrong item. After sending pictures, I asked for a refund. They apologized and refunded me within a couple of days. I appreciate the follow up emails from their customer service.

I ordered a personalized Army ball cap with my husband's name, rank and service dates and he loved it! It is well made and beautifully embroidered. It did take a couple days longer to get it but it was worth the wait.

Cap initially was way too big. You sent a replacement that fits but the cap is a totally different color and the print is so small you can barely make it out. It is missing tha American flag on the side of the cap too. Very disappointed. Shipping takes forever. The replacement is not the cap I ordered. I would really like a total refund!!!!!!!!!!

The delivery was prompt and the product was well packaged. The quality of the canvas was good but the colour was "off"...the sky, grass and truck were much too orange. It didn't help that the painted edge trim of the self-framed canvas was painted "peach" which just exaggerated the orange hue. I know getting giclee canvas colouring is a real skill--sadly this one doesn't look at all natural.
