Great Christmas presents for my…
Great Christmas presents for my grandsons! Their dad was in the Navy and passed away in 2020. The craftsmanship is wonderful! Now I wish I would have gotten them bigger! I love them though.

Poor quality and customer service
Poor quality and customer service! Save your15%, I will not be purchasing from this site again ...... would possibly consider, but the customer service sealed the deal on that! I took the time to do my part with customer service, just to be left hanging with no satisfaction. But Hey - seems to be the trend, so thumbs up to you!

Communications were difficult and time…
Communications were difficult and time receiving products (military hats) was an issue. Took several weeks to get both hats. However, products were extremely well done. The quality,embroidery were very professional done.
