Aeticon LLCReviews of aeticon.com

I received the product well within the timeframe you indicated it would be here. It is a work of art and I’m sure the person that I’m giving it to will appreciate it. I am definitely a fan and will pass on the good word to others. Job well done thank you.

Ordered a Ball Cap for a Veteran for Christmas. Ordered placed on 12-03-2023 was to be shipped in 4 to 6 days. It was 20 days later before I even heard from the company. Never got the order. Had to file a claim thru Pay-Pal. Company need to be honest with people or close up. Will contact the BBB next.

They made it exactly as I had asked and sent it in a timely manor.

Love the canvas!!!

The quality of the material is not that great for the price paid. The Army hat in the picture is not the same color as the real hat. The printing of the Flag, Army seal and Wounded Warrior Project was poor. At least the Flag should be Embroided. It took long time to receive the hat and I had to contact Aeticon to find out the status of my hat twice. Poor.

Love the artwork they made for us and shipping was fast

I paid for a box for it to ship in, it came in a plastic bag. I wanted both in-country yellow with red strips an green Viet Nam emblem. I got only the yellow one. I got the Navy Unit Citation and national defense ribbon. T proper alignment is from the left: Naval Unit Citation, National Defense ribbon, the yellow in-country ribbon and the green w/1960 date is last. It appears that you don't know what you are doing and it sure wasn't worth the $43.89 it cost me!

Quality was wonderful. But, I may suggest after receiving the order only because my mailman put in an extreme effort to retrieve it. I would hope that the company take it upon themselves to use a different delivery method. When a package doesn't get delivered, or mis delivered, the only thing the post office will do is give you a letter and hash it out with the vendor. It goes round and, round in circles especially when a company only deals in reviews and emails. Please provide a better way to communicate. Your products are lovely. But the way to contact you could be improved. Phone number? Please.
