I loved that I didn’t have to call my doctor to get the prescription for my CPAP and then get it to Aeroflow. It was extremely easy to get set up. Keonia is amazing and she was very responsive. Love that you can connect with a real person. She also helped with some missing items that weren’t included in my original delivery. Keonia handled my issue quickly and efficiently. The first ‘shipment’ of my order via FedEx tracking failed. Enjoyed working with Jayla Byrd, she managed to correct it via USPS. Got it from Thursday shipping to Saturday receipt! Now my CPAP functions much better than the type of headgear/mask I used for years!

From the very beginning, the application was simple and they set you up for success. Aero flow confirms and verifies your insurance coverage and eligibility, then gives you the estimated out-of-pocket costs and asks what type of equipment you need replacing. I was able to pick and chose the parts and attachments I needed and they send them out! Excellent service! Don't use old filthy hoses and nose pillows when it's so easy and inexpensive to get new ones. Your sinuses, lungs and heart will thank you! I wish I new about Aeroflow years ago!

This was so smooth and easy. Wish the doc sent me here instead of where I was. Though it took a little bit, i am finally here. Now i have only had one experience with thus thus far but the people were friendly, helpful, and professional. Website was very easy. Pricing was transparent and good. Shipping was right on time and the products a good. Great start to hopefully a long relationship.
