I've had a good experience with Aeroflow and my CPAP therapy. The setup process was helpful, and I've been using my ResMed CPAP machine consistently, averaging over 7 hours of use per night. My therapy data shows good results, with a low AHI of approximately 1.1, which indicates that my sleep apnea is being well managed during treatment. Overall, I'm satisfied with the equipment and the progress I'm making with my CPAP therapy. I appreciate Aeroflow's assistance in helping me stay on track with my treatment and compliance requirements.

It’s been a great experience

Worst experience ever.

I was a little confused at first how the process worked but communication was quick and precise. Everything worked exactly like she said, and I couldn’t be happier. Shipping, tracking, and the speed of receiving my equipment was fantastic. I can’t emphasize enough how great the communication was. If I sent an email, I usually had a response within an hour. You just don’t get this anywhere else.

Started the process to order sleep supplies. I am a new customer. I couldn’t create an account online, for whatever reason, I spent two weeks calling - 4 times & each time talked to someone and sent a prescription in from my doctor. Nothing on their end for two weeks. Today I called back and said what is going on? The fellow on the other end was confused as he showed me calling in on those dates, but there is no record of any of the information. I would give zero stars if I could.

Aeroflow is absolutely the worst company for CPAP machine. 1st they sent me a Machine that wasn't set up for my Prescription. After 3 months of complaining and speaking with a different person every time they finally sent someone to the House. Now I'm having more issues and I don't even get anyone to call me back, so I emailed them. Still NOTHING? Better companies to deal with, horrible experience! Big waste of time and Money. Try this Mask? Try that Mask? Junk! No service after the sale. Go elsewhere, don't make the same mistake I did, learn from my mistake.

This was the quickest and easiest I have ever order my cpap supplies and they contacted my doctor for the orders and billed my insurance! Price is way better than the previous place I used.
