Much better than expected. Cleaning is fairly easy. I was surprised how comfortable it is. Ease of use and understand with the app.

Overall, I had a decent experience with AeroSleep, with no major issues aside from a problem with my CPAP mask’s elbow joint. Because the replacement mask set they offered would take too long to arrive and the faulty joint was disrupting my sleep, I purchased a replacement elbow joint out of pocket with expedited shipping. AeroSleep ultimately sent a replacement mask set as well, which was billed to my insurance, since they were unable to provide just the individual elbow joint. My biggest frustration was that after my doctor’s appointment confirmed my compliance, the website became inaccessible until I was eligible for my next resupply. This made it difficult to manage my equipment and account independently. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but the website’s limitations and resupply restrictions could be frustrating. I can especially see less tech-savvy patients struggling with the process. Better website accessibility, more flexible replacement-part options, and clearer communication about resupply eligibility would significantly improve the experience.
