AED.us is great for all our AED supplies. This time we needed a replacement battery. They had what I needed. I have also ordered replacement pads when they expire.

Went to the website, typed my AED model # and it gave the proper battery needed. It matched perfectly and was not an aftermarket part. The order was placed and it arrived when promised. It was an easy transaction.

The communication was great but to have to wait a month for such an important product is very frustrating and if needed could’ve been dangerous. Great customer service. Poor product availability.
