Site was easy to navigate
Site was easy to navigate. Easy to upload sales tax exemption. Batteries were expensive, but those purchased elsewhere did not last very long at all.

On June 12,2026 I rated them a 1 star…
On June 12,2026 I rated them a 1 star due to lack of communication regarding my May5th order of an AED and accessories. Over the course of time since the order they had failed to respond to emails and all calls went to an automated system. Today I spoke to a wonderful person who apologized profusely, explaining that their new computer system has really not worked as advertised, I get that, been there with several platforms when I was in the workforce, low bid is a horrible way to select software systems for operations support. My order is in cue, and will be shipped soon with the carry case shipping when it’s no longer on back order. My review of 4 is based on her transparency and my renewed faith in this company!

Happy with product!
Website was easy to navigate with detailed product descriptions. the only 'negative' feedback was there was no estimated delivery time at the time of ordering.
