One of the worse online purchases ever. It did not recognize my original account, so I opened a new one. I tried to submit tax exempt info and the link did not work. I called customer service, the woman spoke so quickly I had a problem understanding her. She put me on hold for longer than I wanted to stay. I completed my order, but again paid tax where I should not have. Not looking forward to my next purchase for battery or pads.
Response from AED.comAug 3, 2025
Hi Craig! We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your recent order. This is certainly not the smooth, helpful experience we aim to provide, and we understand how discouraging it must have been, especially when you were trying to do everything correctly. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll be happy to review your account, help apply your tax-exempt status correctly, and look into a refund of the tax paid if eligible. We’ll also make sure you’re fully set up for any future purchases. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us do better.

Did not receive a confirmation that Included the price of the product, tax, and shipping charges to review before a final purchase decision.
Response from AED.comAug 3, 2025
Hi John! Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion during the checkout process. You should absolutely receive a clear summary of the product price, tax, and shipping charges before completing your purchase. We understand how important it is to have that information upfront when making a final decision. If you didn’t receive a proper confirmation or need us to review your order details, please reach out to us at [email protected] — we’ll be happy to provide a full breakdown and ensure everything is accurate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can continue to improve.
