I got ipe 1x4s from advantage lumber for a wood floor shower project I was building. I called so many places across the country trying to find someone who would sell me ipe that did not require a $2000 minimum, which I only needed $600 worth of material for my project. All said no except for 1 and that was advantage lumber. The sales staff was wonderfull and nice. 10 mins on the phone with them and I had my order in and on the way. 8 days later I had it at my house. I highly recommend using them and in dealing with the exotic lumber industry they are by far the best for sure. Thanks for allowing me to complete my project with ipe shower floor when no one else would.

Ordered T&G decking and was sent their remaining stock on hand. A dozen boards were too warped to use. Had to reorder once they restocked. They reached out and I worked with Sales Manager to make sure everything was satisfactory. Appreciated the personal contact. By the way, the deck looks amazing now that it is installed.

Ordered siding for my house and had it delivered. Upon delivery some of the boards were damaged which was fine, it happens. Could have easily been avoided by paying more attention to how they package and ship the items, and adding a little protection to the product of wood materials rather than some saran wrap. I refused the order due to damages and in the end I had to pay for return shipping as well (about $165) and a %20 restocking fee. They charged me $200 due to their poor packaging. I read similar reviews. It's apparent they do not care because profit is made when restocking. Response time to my calls and emails was pathetic. What a coincidence they were away on vacation in October, a popular time of the year but never responded to my 2nd email following his apology (must have went back on vacation).

Great price, wood and delivery. Marina Phillips in Fl was helpful taking the order.

Great Service and Great Material

The Staff was most helpful and service was prompt. My indooor Tigerwood pool deck looks awesome and the ready made tiles made it super simple and easy!

Advantage Lumber was great! My contractor told me the Ipe wood was of better quality and a much better price than our local home supply store. Delivery was fast and efficient. This was my second order with Advantage and I would highly recommend them.
