This is a company run by misleading low ethics business people. Their shipping is haphazard. The company never contacts you to schedule delivery. This is important since you have to crawl into the truck and remove item by item. You have to hand pick the crap out of the truck. It can take a day because you have to count and remove each item just in case these thugs have short changed you. They want to deliver only when it suits them. If they cannot deliver as per their wish we have to pay storage fees! Surely you have to work with the customer and cooperate with them, if you expect them to spend hours removing stuff from the truck they have to take time off work? Would never use this trash company again. Overall I felt I was dealing with the mafia and not with a self respecting business.

Horrible company to deal with. Sales guy was arrogant and had horrible knowledge of the products themself. It’s been 13 days since I ordered and have had no contact and no shipping confirmation. Customer service does not exist. They send you right to the crappy sales guy. Their website is a joke of a mess. It can’t figure shipping cost for nothing. Their sales probably would jump by 20000 percent if their website functioned properly. Added 25 of 1.5x1.5x18 eucalyptus blanks to my cart. Shipping was $21. Added 5 more and the shipping cost went to $430. I know they are just ignoring the order I am waiting on because when I placed it. It charged me $15 for shipping. On a fallback shipping price. Which basically means they did not have shipping parameters set up for the item and it used their fallback price so the order could be placed. Now they don’t want to ship it because it’s gonna cost them more than the whole order cost. Not my fault they have a website that functions like a six year old made it. Anyways I would really consider other options before dealing with this group of individuals.

Brad at Advantage Lumbar provided excellent customer service from the beginning of the process to the end. My hardwood floor order was shipped and received in good condition and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

I've had such a great experience with Advantage Lumber and working with Josh Miranda. The 3/4" wood flooring I purchased and installed was great quality and consistent. The product was the most consistent and easy to install wood flooring I've ever worked with. Josh answered all of my questions, made sure the order arrived in a timely manner and was pleasant all around. They will definitely be my go-to when I need these kinds of materials.

Isaias and Shawn were helpful in finding the materials I needed

Advantage Lumber is a great supplier of ipe lumber for our projects at Heos LLC. Isaias Pagan is my sales representee for this company and is always willing to go the extra mile on service and supplying knowledge about all the different products!

Advantage Lumber provided a great product at a good price. Brad Rowell, the salesman I worked with, was patient in answering my questions before I ordered. Then with the order, worked with my schedule for shipping. There was a problem with a few stair treads which was rectified quickly and new treads were shipped out, all at no cost. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I had a great experience with this company, they're customer service is unmatched and they have a lot of integrity which is rare with big companies. I highly recommend Advantage Lumber.
