Timely, professional hardwood provider. True lumber with minimal defects

Great knowledge and follow through.

My sales rep was informative, patient and went out of her way to answer any and all questions. The quality of the wood was just as good or better than what all of my local lumber yards offered and it was 15-30% cheaper. I have 2 more decking sections to complete, I'll be returning to advantage lumber for my future purchases.

Ordered deck refinishing products and they were delivered quickly and worked very well. Somewhere on your website you should mention that a deck of Advantage lumber ( cumaru, garape, ipe, whatever) if left untended for several years - 3 or 4 at a minimum - will probably need a sanding after cleaner and brightener are applied.

The product was good and shipped in time. Sales staff was pretty good but seemed a bit annoyed or busy perhaps.

Very helpful and professional people throughout this whole transaction from the minute we called to get information until we were done installing the product, very knowledgeable about their product and timelines and everything they talked about.

I thought this was going to be a good experience. They shipped my order too early, and then had it sit in a warehouse in Jacksonville for over 6 weeks. When they finally shipped it to my house, my installer said it was dry, warped, discolored, and in such bad shape he would not accept the delivery. It was sent back to Advantage and they charged me 7000 dollars for shipping and restocking. I am disputing this amount with my credit card company, American Express. I would not use them and if you want to call me I will share my experience with you. 305-803-7528.
