A long delivery delay combined with a shipment going to the wrong address is extremely frustrating — especially if no one reached out to proactively notify you. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide at Advanced Truck Parts. When customers order semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts, timely and accurate delivery is critical. Always had great customer service…
Always had great customer service there. They’re always willing to help and work with you with anything you need parts are great priced sometimes better than what the dealer would give you. I recommend any owner operator to purchase from these guys all stars.
