Part was the correct part. Shipping took a long time to get part here. Shipping usps is never good

Part was way over priced. Others had same part half the price. I bought here because of timing. I didn't receive quickly. Once installed, the certified installers are having issues with it. It will not take a program or tune etc... my truck is still in the shop, the team has engineers involved trying to work out the issue as to why this part cannot seem to be programmed. It is the exact replacement and correct part number. Perfect fit. But..... we will see. I may end up with an $80k yard ornament because of it.

Everything went fine turbo seems to work fine. I was surprised to find out it did not come with the two mounting gaskets. Something you don't want to go to Cummings for, Thanks

My product on May 28 with two day shipping it took the company two days the process the shipping. I ended up waiting five days for the product. They did reimburse my shipping cost.

Part was good. Service not so much. I ordered a part as soon as they opened. Paid for overnight shipping it took them 8 hours to create a shipping label. Called multiple times finally got someone the next day he told me he'd look into it 4 hours later still no phone call back. Called again got a lady she wasn't sure why it didn't ship but said she'd ship it out and refund the overnight charge. They only refunded half. Lesson learned if I need something quickly not to rely on them for fast service.

The turbo charger we ordered was rebuilt with old parts

The online ordering system was easy and quick. However, my part got sent to a company three states over. The customer service rep was very nice and helped figure the situation out quickly. She was able to contact the other business the next day and sent them an overnight label. We did get the part the day after that. Instead of getting my part in 3 business days it was 5, but it was resolved properly.
