We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Delivery notifications are typically triggered automatically based on carrier tracking updates. If you received a “delivered” notification before your mail had even run — and tracking didn’t yet show arrival at your local post office in Pandora — we completely understand why that would send you searching and thinking it may have been misdelivered. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. When ordering semi-truck or heavy-duty truck parts, you should be able to rely on accurate shipping updates without second-guessing where your package is. We would recommend continuing to monitor the carrier tracking directly, as sometimes scans can be delayed or prematurely updated. That said, we’re happy to review the tracking details on our end as well. Please reach out with your order number so we can look into it and, if needed, contact the carrier for clarification.
