Harrow Health are offering a service…
Harrow Health are offering a service they are unfit to deliver. And seems to be designed to work against people with ADHD, which is deeply ironic. Their customer service is almost non-existent, and when you do reach them, they are unable to answer questions or put you through to a health professional, even if you are experiencing worrying side affects from medication. Their clinicians are cold, un-empathetic and don't appear to have any experience of speaking to people with ADHD. Their service is unsafe, they are prescribing medication which can affect people's mental health and wellbeing and yet their titration process is dangerous, you don't have access to ANY support. I was told to wait 2-weeks to speak to someone after having alarming side affects which caused me to call 111. When I eventually did get an appointment I wasn't asked any questions and was put on a new medication without any check in or guidance about the alarming side affects caused by the first medication. I was told they were concerned about my weight and blood pressure but they still prescribed me new medication without either of those being checked, and I was essentially told to call an ambulance if I got similar side affects again but absolutely no other support or discussion. My sibling spent a year struggling to complete the pre-assessment paper-work (due to their ADHD...) and rather than support they received an email telling them they were being removed from the waiting list. They now have to start from the beginning with a new service. I have also spent more than 45 minutes waiting on hold before only to be cut off as their lines are closed.
