It arrived at the PO Box so I will begin this weekend; however the A5F product leaves the hair with a greasy consistency for a few hours after application. I'm not a chemist and am not aware if altering the product to act more like a hair styling product, but if possible it would improve the end user experience

I've tried this product and found out. That it does not work for me. I have had a negative experience with the product. I followed the directions and guidelines and found that I did not see any regrowth. I also found that when using the shampoo, my scalp would go numb for an hour or more. It wasn't a tingling feeling, it was numb. I use this product for the full duration. That I had purchased towards the end of the time. I experienced a negative reaction every time I applied the solution. I knew that there would be a chance that this product possibly could not work and could be fake and just a thing to make money off of i just find it sad that people will come up with these ideas, market them become rich off. A product that may not work. All I could say is that it did not work for me. In I will have to look at other options Lucky for me, I'm not bald. While I'm showing signs of a receding hairline. I did find that your videos were extremely long. and would be nice for you to just get to the point. Because that is the main thing that we're looking for. Get to the point and we want results. I had got my result as the product did not work for me. I cannot speak for other people now. I don't know if it worked for anyone else Most of the things in life today are fake Designed to persuade you to think that it is true. When it is not all I can share is my experience.

I did not care for the new medical procedure and ID verification was a bit annoying. My order was received in a timely manner.

For those who don't know about the recent changes to ordering Adegen hair products. I used to buy Adegen products freely. Now they're requiring a questionnaire. I said ok. I'll fill it out out. HOWEVER, they also want you to provide a copy of your drivers license. I'm don't give out that information readily. I guess I'll be looking for a different product.

Products are ok but probably not any better than those half the price. They've also gone to subscription only which is a deal breaker for me so I've gone over to a competitor for half price. The WORST thing is the customer service. There is NONE. They never respond to emails and there is no phone number. Another reason why subscription is out of the question. Bye Adgen, you lost a long time customer.
