I just had knee replacement surgery and was patiently waiting for a continuous passive motion machine to begin my rehab. The company kept me fully informed of the delivery process and the driver, Vito, called with updates re: his progress and delivery timetable as he made his way from the Bronx to central NJ. I was very impressed with his efficiency and communication in helping a 70 year old get back on his feet. High marks all around!
