I appreciated the prompt service and on time appt. I must say the overall experience was was excellent due to my health representative. They were patient, made me feel welcome and were very informative. They in no way made me feel rushed even though it was getting late in the day.

Even when I miss the day I am supposed to call in for refills, etc., I can call the next day and leave a message and with a great deal of confidence, I will receive what I needed delivered per the schedule I have. All the technicians are very friendly and there is always a text letting you know they are on the way and an approximate arrival time. I've been very please with the service so far.
