Everyone was very friendly and went into detail about everything I needed to know.

The gentleman delivering the portable device was very helpful setting it up, explaining features and charging units for home and car. (apologies for not remembering his name!)

This company has a major problem. It is their phone service. There are three locations but only one phone number to call. Although you may have to wait over 30 minutes to have your call answered, the person who you finally get appears to be only a "receptionist who answers the phone" and then switches you to the correct location. Once there, you again have to wait on hold. No matter how busy your company is, a caller should not have to wait to just reach the receptionist!!! All that she does is answer the call and then transfers you to someone else. This happened to me three times in the last few weeks.

This company is rotten. It is regurgitated sewer garbage. They have given me the runaround trying to get my CPAP machine looked at. I used to be able to go right to the local medical supply company and get things handled. Not now that they are part of Adapt Health. Someone needs to dismantle this company.

Hassan is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also a very good teacher. He left me confident that I understood everything I needed to know about my new cushion. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find the best cushion for me. I feel fortunate that he is assigned to me.
