If I could put negative stars I would! At the end of December, I trusted this company to send medical supplies for my CPAP machine. I submitted my order with insurance (which I informed them the importance of getting the order in before the end of the month because I would no longer have insurance after that). They assured me they were submitting that day. In January, I still had not received my order. I called to see where it was. They told me that they tried to submit it to insurance the day before and I do not have insurance. LONG story short, I spoke with various people five or six times since and I still do not have my order. I told them what happened, and each time I have ended the call assured that they will mail it out at their loss because their employee messed up. It is now two full months later and the package of supplies I was supposed to receive (OVERNIGHT) has yet to arrive. To me, this is negligence at its finest. Now I have a paperweight CPAP machine because they have not sent the supplies for me to use it! It’s a good thing my sleep apnea isn’t severe or I’d be dead! They have argued the situation, admitted their employee was wrong, & made empty promises. Thanks for nothing!

Terrible business. Every call goes overseas. Use another supplier if possible. Shocked Penn is associated with such a bad business.
