Buyer beware!,
Buyer beware!, I went into a rental agreement with them for a Cpap machine out of a Rochester NY subsidiary. Because I was not “compliant” ie. Was not using the machine 4 hours or more a night…they began harassing me for non compliance under the rental agreement signed. So I paid the remaining balance on the machine with credit card. They could not provide a receipt. SInce that time I have been harassed daily with phone calls threatening to terminate my health insurance (as if they had the authority to do so). As well as threatening to send me to a collection agency (this is over about $568 which I have evidence of payment via my credit card company). They have full notes on their end that I have paid and even provided me with a receipt and confirmation number. However even though they show I have paid on their end and have provided me with a confirmation number they say that my account is up for “review “ to determine if I can stop receiving calls from their company. I am contacting the doctors office who initially sent me to them. (Sleep Insights) then I am contacting the local major University teaching hospital (UofR Strong) to register complaints of patient abuse and harassment to be sure their entities do not send patients to the local supplier owned by this company (Rochester Cpap and Oxygen Supply). I am contacting my health insurance company to register a complaint (Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield of New York ) Finally…and most importantly….as I am aware this could affect my credit standing and ability to secure future changes in health insurance, I am paying an attorney from a large local firm $5000 to contact this companies attorneys in order to put an end to this fiasco. There are a ton of similar complaints on the BBB website within the last year about this same issue. AND this company and its officiers are on trail for securities and trading fraud. Enough said…..STAY AWAY
