They sent the wrong order in the first place. Then when using their phone line, I was put on hold for a half hour, disconnected, put on hold for another half hour, and then transferred to another line, which I was then put on hold for another half hour. I asked for a direct number for the department I was being transferred to, and I was told I could not have it. I was disconnected 4 times. Not even the store personnel could get a hold of anyone to assist over the phone. This company is very poor in customer service.
