My concentrator was not putting out the right amount of o2. I called this morning and by early afternoon they brought a new concentrator and got all set up and good to go. Thank you Adapthealth for the prompt and very much appreciated service.

Friendly and really nice lady, had a nice conversation while learning all about the machine. She made me feel at ease and helped me with best mask for someone who moves alot.

Mr. Melanson switched out many bottles of oxygen, the whole time never once complained but kept a positive/humorous attitude! Keith seems to be a hard conscientious worker who makes the customer/patient at ease and satisfied with the services provided! Thanks Keith! See you again whenever you’re needed!

The technicians were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient

Very caring. And got out to my home and brought my dad a wheel chair. The same day I called the gentleman got out in the pouring rain and brought it to the door would not step inside while I signed for the chair. Bless his heart he was soaked but acting like it was a sunny day. Lol He was respectable , caring. And just all around a awesome company thank you for making me feel like my dad was your number one priority..

Just Horrible if I could give negative stars I would they are constantly shorting me on my oxygen tanks . I still work outside the home and have to lug Large E tanks with me, they constantly LIE!! They say my delivery is scheduled then my husband has to waste his whole day waiting for the delivery or constantly calling to verify my deliveries which never comes , you call customer service they claim they deliver until a certain time it’s now 620 pm the delivery guy called my husband states he was delivering by 220 NEVER HAPPENED ! Now I can’t go to work have to miss a day WITHOUT PAY due to this company blatant disregard for their customers needs . This happens weekly it’s exhausting!!! Yet the fat cats the CEO’s ALL MADE BONUS off us sick people that they cannot even deliver to timely and consistently. We talked to so called mangers they also make all these Grand promises and yet they continue to fail me. We have little options because they bought up all the small mom and pop in DFW so they are a monopoly right now . I guess we are now the point to see if we can take up some legal actions against the company because this cannot be a reasonable way to handle those in need of oxygen. Shame on you Adapthealth aka Healthline aka Aero What ever your calling yourself right now YOU SUCK!!

The person behind the counter was vary positive and friendly. I am sorry that I had to return my equipment today. Unfortunately the mask gave me horrible anxiety/claustrophobia and my primary doctor refused to prescribe an anti anxiety medication. Instead they required me to see a therapist/counselor. I am seeking a new primary doc. As for your company I have no complaints. Always friendly with good customer service. Thank you for that.

Very pleasant and helped change the distilled water in the concentrator for us and really helped us so we wouldn't have to struggle with it.
