Alex was wonderful. I have been using a cpap for many years, but no one has ever been as helpful as Alex. He explained the use of the new machine and dealt with all of my issues in every detail.

The person I spoke with knew everything about the machine and answered all my questions. It was almost like having the person right here. Thank you.

Thankyou very much for going the extra mile to furnish me with a SimplyGo Concentrator. Keith was extremely cordial and very personable. I have just one item to mention, in that with the SimplyGo Kit, there was no nasal cannula, or supply hose. Fortunately, I had the extra set supplied with my large home concentrater. When they pick up the SimplyGo after the 24 of May, will he replace these used hoses with new ones for my home unit? Again, a real sincere thankyou for the extra mile your firm extended to me. Suzanne was thorough, patient, and explained everything in a manner which was easy to understand. It’s a lot of information which can easily feel overwhelming to be on the receiving end of, but Suzanne’s delivery and approach made it all sound simple and I’m excited to get started.
