We were sent home from rehab with a half empty tank of oxygen and no directions. When the tank ran out adapthealth was so helpful and Ray, who came out on a Saturday evening, was so kind and helpful! He explained everything and got us set up.

The follow-up appointment to see how I was doing with the new equipment is essential. It help me to understand my progress and how important it is to continue the therapy.

I have never had a problem at Oly Health and I sincerely hope this relationship continues with Adapthealth. I love my 'in charge' people [at least they have been in charge of my needs [Stacie and Eric] from the very beginning... over 10 years

Kevin was very professional and very attentive to my problem. He was able to resolve a billing issue for me.

I can not say enough positive things about the staff, especially Veronica & Kim. They were not only knowledgeable but actually listened to my concerns and addressed the issue. I left feeling so good about their customer service. It was actually great customer service which is soo hard to find these days.

I was impressed by the technician Alex who walked me thru the entire process with great attention to detail. The facilities were bright and comfortable although a little difficult to locate. Other employees that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the wait time was negligible.
