Buy supplies elsewhere. Paid them out of pocket for a CPAP machine prescribed by my doctor several years ago. After countless hours on the phone. plus back and forth emails, having my doctor's office resend scripts, and personally uploading and emailing documents requested, I still cannot get my account approved for supply reordering. It took 2 phone calls (and couple hours) just so they could access my machine data remotely to confirm compliance with insurance usage requirements. Remember - THEY sold the machine to me so knew S/N, make & model LOL. Shop elsewhere - plenty of choices. Everyone sells the same products all made in Asia with forced-labor workers doing inhumane hours and conditions for poverty level wages. ex: India's official minimum wage is $2.95 per DAY - not hour, per DAY. So take a few minutes to search and you will find many importers and resellers with superior customer service, better prices, insurance payment coverage systems, and fulfilment practices for your CPAP supplies. AdaptHealth/AeroCare overpromises and never delivers!
