The technician was great, very helpful and knowledge able. However scheduling sucks so BAD! I was given an hour earlier to be there. Someone else showed up with the wrong time as well yelling at the technician because he was not on the schedule. We drove from different cities so it's an inconvenience that scheduling doesn't get it right. On top of it all you get no reminders on your appointments, good thing I live off a calendar.
