AdaptHealth is a slew of different companies loosely stiched together. They haven't really integrated their systems, and billing is an absolute mess. The insurance insists on monthly billing for CPAP, so AdaptHealth/Medbridge/Aerocare/FamilyMedical submits a claim, then sends me an estimated invoice such that it is due only 2 weeks after the claim is actually received by the insurer, and before the insurer processes it. Then they call me EVERY DAY about it. When I call the billing dept. I get a clueless drone who doesn't even understand the problem. With an HSA, you can't pay before there is some sort of EOB, and it is a major hassle to return overpayments. HSAs have been around for 20 years, to providers should understand what is required. My assumption is that they are either incompetent, or they are hoping that they will receive payment from both the insurer and the patient, and that the patient won't notice. I bet they wouldn't call so often trying to promptly return an overcharge like that.

I showed up 30 minutes late to my appointment and Missy was amazing. She was very accommodating and I left with the understanding of how my machine will work. Thank you Missy!

Great location, the building is clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Stephanie was professional and friendly, she explained things very thoroughly and was patient. She takes her job very seriously and I really appreciated her for her outstanding job.
