Your company has only been my provider for a short time so I don’t have a lot of experience with you. Yesterday, one of the green lights on my oxygen concentrator kept changing to orange. I called to request a technician and even though it was during the lunch hour, a gentleman had it replaced in around an hour. I have been most impressed with your customer service but this was remarkable! Please keep up the good work!

The gentleman that assisted me was just awesome. I kind of had a difficult time after trying different mask. He took the time and explain all the details of all the mask he had on display. With his assistance encouragement i will not give up. I was ready to stop using the machine because i was not able to actually see the different mask to make a choice. Thank you.
