My session was very well handled and instructed.

The process of dealing with Fletcher Medical was a nightmare. It took many phone calls to uncaring employees to finally get my order processed. Fletcher seemed to think the doctor was being paid for the machine rather than Fletcher. I hope to never deal with Fletcher again. That being said, once the order was finally filled, Alex did a great job of showing me the new machine. He is the only person at Fletcher's doing a good job that I dealt with.
