I was given a replacement oxygen portable concentrator. Service was prompt, courteous and patient. Nicole and Amber were helpful, responded to all my questions and concerns with the portable oxygen concentrator.

Lenore - was so people oriented. She made the demonstration for my new machine like a sit-down between 2 old friends. She was friendly, precise, detailed and explained every feature on the machine. All with a smile. "Very professional".

The service technician, Vlad was so awesome. He had tried earlier in the week to repair our machine, but it still went out. He replaced it and made sure the tubing was good. He was very thorough and friendly. We thank him so much for taking care of my mom.

I only wish I could say the same about Adapt Health's billing department! Dealing with them seems to be an ongoing nightmare!
