I have had nothing but problems with this company. My mothers wheelchair was supposed to be delivered on a Monday to the facility she was leaving on Wednesday. They didn’t deliver it until Wednesday after she left the facility she was at. She was supposed to have a hospital bed delivered to her on Wednesday I called to get the ETA I was told between 10-2 then received a call at 1:30 saying they didn’t have the bed in stock but there will be a shipment tomorrow and it would be delivered then. They still didn’t have the bed in stock on Thursday so I told them to just cancel the bed. They however had already charged my card so I asked for a refund. Which then they say they don’t show on their end that the card was charged and that someone would call me back Friday. I never received a call. I called on Monday to ask about the refund and was now told no one will talk to me because I’m not listed on the account but yet I’m the ONLY person they’ve been speaking with. Then I was told it’s a hippa violation to speak with me. All I wanted was my refund back from this company for a hospital bed that was never received.

Communication between service provider to meet the needs of my mom, and deliver her equipment was professional and caring. The delivery specialist was pleasant and the equipment was delivered in a timely fashion.

Everyone was so nice and informative, especially when you feel stressed for going out of work in the first place. It was easy to follow and update with the text and phone messages

Very helpful and attentive staff. Was greeted with a smile by the front desk rep. The technician was very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns. Center was clean and inviting. The major perk for me was they offered a Saturday appointment as my weekdays are usually hectic, so this was an added plus.

On a Friday, after hours, my large home oxygen concentrator decided to stop working. I called the office number and got the man on call. He knew I could not go until Monday without the concentrator so he got a ticket approved to bring me a different concentrator. He kept me informed about when he would be at my place and when he came he had a new one which he hook up and recordered the new serial number. He was very pleasant and social. Thank you for coming our on a Friday evening.
